reconstituted Electropak solution is
isotonic.

raspberry flavour and aroma.
- Electropak is beneficial
for anybody who is dehydrated e.g. diarrhoea,
gastro-enteritis and
sports people (but not for people who are
dehydrated enough to require intravenous
therapy).
- The glucose in Electropak
is rapidly absorbed, creating the necessary
osmotic pressure
differential between the intestine and
plasma to optimise the water and electrolyte
uptake.
- Electropak contains
Sodium bicarbonate which prevents metabolic
acidosis and therefore
micro-crystallisation of lactic acid in the
muscles.
- Electropak contains
glucose which is the fastest known energy
source for brain and muscle.
